Terms of Service

1. About the Service

PRD Pro is a web application that helps users create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) using artificial intelligence. By registering and using PRD Pro, you agree to these terms.

2. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• One account per person — account sharing is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Token & Payment System

• PRD Pro uses a pay-as-you-go token system — no monthly subscription.
• 100 free tokens are granted upon first registration.
• Purchased tokens have no expiration date.
• No refunds — No refunds for purchased tokens unless a technical error occurred on our end.
• Prices may change at any time. Changes are not retroactive for tokens already purchased.
• Payments are processed by third parties (Xendit, Midtrans, Lemon Squeezy). We do not store your credit card information.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

• PRD documents you create are entirely your own.
• By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content through AI to operate the service.
• You may not use PRD Pro to create content that violates the law, infringes on others' rights, or contains harmful material.

5. Service Limitations

• PRD Pro is provided "as is" without warranty that AI output is always accurate or suitable for your needs.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating every generated PRD document before use.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI output.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for damages due to downtime.

7. Service Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate these terms. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved through deliberation, or if no agreement is reached, through the competent courts in Indonesia.
